Akon owns unique pure white villa that billionaires also want to buy

Though the artist Akon is best known for his music, it appears that he has entered the metro Atlanta real estate market.

The Los Angeles Times says that less than two months after selling another of his metro homes, which had been advertised since May, Akon has listed his three-year-old Alpharetta house.

While the property he previously sold was a little out of date, the most recent offering is completely new, with construction of the indoor bowling alley still ongoing. The mansion is ice-white on the inside and out, resembling something from the movie Frozen.

The enormous home is obviously intended for folks who live large, with six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, and a staggeringly large nine-car garage. Akon also incorporated a piano room and a recording studio within the design, just as any good musician would.

Records indicate The 4.6-acre property, which is a part of the Atlanta National Club, was purchased by Akon for $1.65 mιllιon back in 2008. The performers are now hoping to make close to $7 mιllιon from the deal. You can guarantee he’ll be singing “I’m So Paid” all the way to the bank if the transaction closes.
