‘Everyone’s favorite proudly eccentric celebrity’ Doja Cat sells villa for meager profit

She must be a kitten to us! Doja Cat, a TikTok meme queen turned international pop music sensation, has already purred out of her Los Angeles home barely a year after pᴜrchasing the property. Yes, the property has been put for sale by everyone’s favorite unapologetically crazy celebrity for just under $2.5 mιllιon, representing a slight profit over the $2.2 mιllιon she spent for it back in February 2021.

The 26-year-old Los Angeles native made a few changes to the property during her brief ownership period. It is hidden away on a curvy road off Mulholland Drive, high up in the untamed mountains above Beverly Hills. The driveway is now divided from the main road in front thanks in large part to the installation of a large wooden gate that she made. Naturally, there are cameras and an alarm system in place to further secure the home.

The majority of the rooms are empty and look to have been staged, suggesting that Doja Cat has already left the residence. Fans will still be able to recognize the interiors because they were frequently seen during the Grammy Award winner’s Instagram and TikTok live sessions. A combination living, dining, and family room on the main level with glass walls, whitewashed walls and ceilings, and a fireplace in the midcentury modern style that might be from the 1960s, when the house was built. A small, chic kitchen with curved cabinetry, quartz worktops, bar seating, and premium stainless equipment is also present.

Two guest bedrooms are also located on the main level. One of them has glass doors that open to the pool area, while Doja Cat herself decorated the other one as a pastel-pink “glam room” there. The whole second floor of the house is devoted to the penthouse-level master suite, which has a sizable bedroom, a long row of wall closets, and a gray bathroom with a concrete bathtub.

Although the 8,000-square-foot site isn’t very large, the house does have a heated plunge pool in the backyard, as well as numerous built-in lounging places, concrete decks, and young olive trees. Additionally, there are two parking spaces in the driveway and a two-car garage.
