Celine Dion’s nearly $80 M water park-like villa is looking for a new owner

Celine Dion is putting her brand-new home in Florida up for sale. I’m talking about that infamous house with the waterpark and everything!

The mansion that Celine Dion spent a significant amount of time and effort creating is now available on the market for $72.5 M. Forbes reports that in 2005, Celine Dion and her husband/manager René Angélil paid a total of $12,525,000 to own a mansion located at 215 S.

Beach Road on the prestigious island community of Jupiter Island in the state of Florida.

They then proceeded to take down a home that was 8,579 square feet in size, had six bedrooms, and six bathrooms in order to construct this gigantic Bahamian-inspired estate, which was finished in the year 2010.

This five and a half acre property that fronts the Atlantic Ocean for more than 415 feet is being offered for sale turn-key with practically all of its contents. This means that you will receive everything that you see in these pictures.

The property features a primary dwelling in addition to five separate pavilions: a double guest house with four bedrooms (for a total of eight bedrooms);

a tennis house with a simulated golf range that leads to the tennis court; a pool house with an integrated grill and a separate kitchen; and a comfortable beach house with a sleeping loft on the second floor and a massage room. Not sufficient?

In addition, Celine Dion’s home features THREE distinct swimming pools, including one in the backyard next to the water, as well as two connected pools in the front yard that are situated in front of a massive water park.
